About the Founder

Denise Yee is a residential and commercial Real Estate Investor and the Founder and President of the NCRE Investors Group, a national association of Chinese Real Estate Investors that promotes networking, real estate wealth building, and charitable fund raising. Denise Yee has a DRE license and is an active full-time real estate investor who focuses on value-added investment properties, such as heavily discounted and bank-owned (REO) properties. She currently holds close to 50 doors in her real estate investment portfolio.




Denise Yee got started in real estate investing with a Las Vegas rehab property in 2001. Prior to becoming full-time real estate investor, Denise Yee co-founded a technology company in 1997 in Palo Alto, California, the heart of the Silicon Valley, where she successfully operated the company as the Director of Business Development. The technology company is currently in its 13th year of operation.




Born in Taiwan, Denise Yee writes and speaks fluent Mandarin. She lived in South Pasadena, California for 10 years and an additional 10 years in Palo Alto, California before moving to San Diego, California where she currently resides.
