One in five people in the United States have or will have a mental illness sometime in their life. More than 5 million people in the U.S. alone suffer from serious chronic mental illness. Through an interdisciplinary approach to promote mental health and emotional well being, this seminar provides tools and information to use spirituality to help mental health.
